The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tbk99 does not charge a deposit fee; however, standard transaction charges imposed by your mobile wallet or card provider may apply and are outside tbk99's control.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. tbk99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before processing any withdrawal, tbk99 may require you to complete KYC identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• tbk99 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, national holidays, or system maintenance windows. tbk99 will communicate any planned maintenance affecting payment processing via the official tbk99.app website.

tbk99 operates in BDT only. All account balances, bonuses, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. If you deposit using a payment method that performs currency conversion (e.g., an international Visa or Mastercard), any foreign exchange rate applied is determined by your card issuer and is not tbk99's responsibility.

tbk99 partners exclusively with certified game providers whose gaming systems and random number generators (RNG) are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. By playing on tbk99, you acknowledge and accept the following:
